Questions people ask us

Are you the government? Is this a scam?

No and no. We are a licensed family agency, not Medicare. Check Alejandra's license #4507923 at the California Department of Insurance. Medicare won't call you asking for your number. If someone does, hang up.

Does your help cost anything? Who pays you?

It is free for you. The insurance company pays us. You get the comparison, the paperwork and our help all year.

I am happy with my plan. Do I need to check it?

Yes, once a year. Doctors, medicines and costs change every January 1. We check it together on a short call.

My mom or dad has Medi-Cal and Medicare. Can they change now?

Usually yes, even outside Open Enrollment. We check their case first.
