She's tech-savvy, understands digital marketing, and is designing an AI-powered operating model to help Medicare California scale without losing the personal touch.
Alejandra manages content strategy, digital presence, and ensures that everyone who visits Medicare California—whether in person or online—gets the same family-first, high-integrity service philosophy that Susana built.
She's also bilingual and brings the next generation's perspective to Medicare education, making complex information accessible through digital channels.
